Check Defense offers a wide array of contract vehicles that make it easy for you to do business with us. These contract vehicles feature pre-negotiated terms and conditions to support programs across government agencies. Check Defense is a prime or subcontractor on numerous indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) vehicles and blanket purchase agreements (BPA). Training Support Systems Enterprise (TSS-E) III – is an IDIQ contract vehicle available to U.S. Army Training Support Center (ATSC), which is led by Prime contractor Check Defense. The contract carries an estimated total program value of $610 million over a five (5) year ordering period. The work performed on TSS-E includes 5 main task areas:

• 1.) Sustainable Range Program: Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM), Lang Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Range and Training Land Assessments (RTLA).

• 2.) Combat Training Center Services: Leader Training Program (LTP), Operational Environment (OE) Support,  and Miscellaneous CTC Support.

• 3.) Soldier Training and Mission Complex and LVC-IA Support: Technical Support, Training Support, and Exercise Support.

• 4.) Training Development: Training Support Center (TSC) Operations, TSC Modernization, and Program Management.

• 5.) Training Development Support: Combat Development Training Capability, Mission Training Capability, Virtual Capability, Gaming Capability,  and Constructive Simulation Capability.

• Warfighter Focus – Warfighter Focus IDIQ is a contract vehicle available to The Warrior Training Alliance (WTA), which is led by Raytheon Company. Its purpose is to improve the readiness and effectiveness of soldiers through the consolidation of its live, virtual and constructive training support contracts. The contract carries an estimated total program value of $11.2 billion over a 10-year period. The WTA-WFF provides integrated turnkey, lifecycle training services and support worldwide. Work performed under this vehicle includes: support for training exercises, operations and maintenance for all training and range systems, curriculum development and instruction.

• ETSC – The Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC) serves as a multiple award contract providing both Security Cooperation and Domestic operations, training, services, and operations and maintenance of Army and other non-standard training aids.  Execution of tasks is performed throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) to include foreign nations, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories and Districts plus Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS).  CONUS tasks are non-contingency operations in non-austere environments, while OCONUS tasks are a mixture of non-contingency and contingency operations in non-austere and austere environments.

• RS3: Subcontractor to several Primes on the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) RS3 contract that has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (5-year base and a 5-year optional ordering period).

• National Training Center Training Support Contact (NTCTSC): Department of the Army, Assistant Secretary for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology, Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) requirement for training and training support service requirements for the following Combat Training Center: National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California.
